  1. SCHMOOZE WITH ALBERT EINSTEIN

    Come face-to-face with Jewish scientific genius, Albert Einstein! Pleasanton welcomes acclaimed character actor Duffy Hudson in this true-to-life portrayal of German-born theoretical physicist. Taking the stage as Einstein, Hudson will explore the scientific career and personal life of this Jewish icon. Immediately following the performance, stick around to enjoy a reception and schmooze with Einstein!

  4. COMEDY HOUR WITH KEITH BARANY

    It’s time to laugh with comedy sensation Keith Barany. Called “the wittiest comic working today” by his many fans, he was a contributing writer for such shows as Seinfeld and Jimmy Kimmel Live, and co-penned Garry Shandling’s Oscar monologue.

  5. A NIGHT OF JEWISH STORYTELLING WITH COREY FISCHER AND ARIEL LUCKEY PLUS ARTIST TALKBACK WITH RABBI REBECCA GUTTERMAN

    Music, Theater & Comedy
    Drawing on threads of Talmud, Yiddish Theatre, global politics and their personal lives, Fischer and Luckey weave colorful tapestries of story, poetry, rhythm and theater. Fischer, co-founder of Traveling Jewish Theatre, brings a physical presence and resonant voice that compliments Luckey’s musical narratives and interdisciplinary aesthetic. Q&A with the artists facilitated by Rabbi Rebecca Gutterman to follow.

  8. SHABBAT WITH THE NAVA TEHILA ENSEMBLE

    All are welcome for a special Shabbat evening service with the Nava Tehila Ensemble from Jerusalem. Nava Tehila performs original and traditional music that draws on verses from Jewish sources, liturgical poems, and Israeli and world poetry, in order to create a spiritually uplifting experience. Their music spans western and eastern influences into a delightful mix.
